If you’re not already taking advantage of the Text Messaging feature within RouteOne, here are some valid reasons why you should be!

The RouteOne Text Messaging feature allows finance sources to communicate with dealers in real-time without having to pick up the phone. Although it was created as a communication tool for dealers and finance sources, it now serves several purposes in the vehicle financing process.       Finance Sources using RouteOne eContracting can now Paper Out® a contract!
      Recently, RouteOne released new functionality to allow eContracting finance sources to Paper Out a contract after a contract has been ‘Booked’ by the finance source. To learn how to Paper Out a contract, download the Paper Out Quick Start Guide found in the 'News/Info' tab of the RouteOne system.
      New Paper Out Contract Permission
      RouteOne Admins may grant “Paper Out Contract” permissions within the ‘Admin’ tab to allow the user to search for a deal, view the contract summary and paper out the contract.

      Dealer Educational Compliance Webinar, “2016 Security Update” is Now Open for Registration

      With the increase in identity thefts happening in the US, the importance of proper data security within the dealership is becoming more important than before.

      RouteOne will be hosting a complimentary Compliance Webinar “2016 Security Update: Establishing a Dealership Information Security Program” in an effort to help educate dealers on how to better protect themselves from 2016’s threatening and costly cyber security threats. While the webinar is focused for dealerships, finance sources are also welcome to join the compliance webinar.

      Future Availability of Arbitration Forms for eContracting

      RouteOne is releasing additional arbitration language forms!

      Today, finance sources in several states now have the option to use this form, including: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah, Vermont, and Wisconsin.
