As you may be aware, earlier this month I accepted appointment by our Board as CEO of RouteOne. It is an honor to be given the opportunity to continue the work that has defined RouteOne; work predicated on our values of providing premium customer service to deliver industry-leading technology, using integrity as our compass for every decision we make and in everything we do.
I have been with RouteOne nearly since its inception in 2002. Under Mike Jurecki’s leadership during those 14 years, RouteOne has remained dedicated to developing our people, strengthening our products and infrastructure, and building trusting relationships with our customers and partners. We operate under the belief that RouteOne should be the most consistently reliable, secure, and robustly integrated platform in the market. This will not change.
Consistent with our history to this point, RouteOne will continue to work hard toward providing a world-class customer service experience. Recently, RouteOne launched a new look and feel to our platform giving you: a cleaner, more efficient workspace, updated fonts, and a fresh color palette to reflect the RouteOne brand!
A newly designed platform is just one of many announcements RouteOne will be rolling out this year - there are more exciting solutions to come! You can now confidently grant your sales team permission to pull payoff quotes within RouteOne without granting them access to confidential information found on the Deal Summary page.
RouteOne has added a new permission to allow DSAs to block or grant access to the Deal Summary page, where confidential information, such as credit application results is found. To block a user from viewing the Deal Summary page within RouteOne, the DSA must uncheck the new ‘Deal Summary Access’ permission within the user permissions page.
