Through this month's Dealer Newsletter, we will share with you some of the great system enhancements we have made during our recent 16.6 release, such as: updates to our Desking product, new user permission settings, an improved look and feel, and more! A Letter From Our CEO

As you may be aware, earlier this month I accepted appointment by our Board as CEO of RouteOne. It is an honor to be given the opportunity to continue the work that has defined RouteOne; work predicated on our values of providing premium customer service to deliver industry-leading technology, using integrity as our compass for every decision we make and in everything we do.

I have been with RouteOne nearly since its inception in 2002. Under Mike Jurecki’s leadership during those 14 years, RouteOne has remained dedicated to developing our people, strengthening our products and infrastructure, and building trusting relationships with our customers and partners. We operate under the belief that RouteOne should be the most consistently reliable, secure, and robustly integrated platform in the market. This will not change.

Consistent with our history to this point, RouteOne will continue to work hard toward providing a world-class customer service experience. You can count on RouteOne to deliver and support the technology you choose now and in the future. We will tirelessly work to enable you to connect with customers and manage the sales process wherever that transaction originates, in the dealership or online – any time, any place, any device.

A Modernized Version of the RouteOne Platform

Recently, RouteOne launched a new look and feel to our platform giving you: a cleaner, more efficient workspace, updated fonts, and a fresh color palette to reflect the RouteOne brand!

A newly designed platform is just one of many announcements RouteOne will be rolling out this year - there are more exciting solutions to come! Stay tuned for more news this year as we continually improve our platform to best meet the needs of you, our customer, so you can meet your customers’ needs.

System Tip of the Month

You can now confidently grant your sales team permission to pull payoff quotes within RouteOne without granting them access to confidential information found on the Deal Summary page.

RouteOne has added a new permission to allow DSAs to block or grant access to the Deal Summary page, where confidential information, such as credit application results is found. To block a user from viewing the Deal Summary page within RouteOne, the DSA must uncheck the new ‘Deal Summary Access’ permission within the user permissions page.

16.6 RouteOne System Enhancements

In addition to the refreshed design, RouteOne has enhanced its platform in a variety of ways. Here are a few of the system enhancements RouteOne has made this month:

  • RouteOne Desking now includes “Best Lease Deal” - allowing you to quickly get lease quotes that provide the lowest payment option for your customer and to protect your profits.
  • Sort by one or more statuses to find deals faster within the Contract Manager page.
  • Taxes and Fees setup page is more dynamic to improve usability, allowing you to add configuration lines on the spot.
  • Locate eContracting finance sources on the Deal Summary page by looking for the eContracting icon next to the finance source.
