Validate Your Customers’ Identities and Pinpoint Fraud

“IDOne runs automatically with every credit bureau pull. It ensures that our customers’ information is accurate and legitimate.
Craig Colender, GM at Mall Chevy
Protecting your dealership from conducting business with criminals is no easy task. IDOne makes it easy to manage without missing a beat.

We offer a full service identity verification and authentication tool that helps you manage your compliance tasks. RouteOne's IDOne compares an applicant's data with multiple databases to identify discrepancies and alert dealers when there is a potential issue. We’ve taken the manual work out of identifying potential issues so that you don’t have to decide when further action might be needed.

Our identity verification and authentication tool will also:

  • Automatically verify a customer’s identity after a credit application is submitted
  • Generate additional quizzes in real-time when needed
  • Adjust tolerance settings to match your compliance strategy
  • Allow you to easily find Red flag cautions to review or override

For more information on how RouteOne's IDOne can help your compliance strategy, watch our short video, download the IDOne Product Sheet, or contact your RouteOne Business Development Manager.

System Tip of the Month

Save yourself time and customize your Contract Worksheet.

The lock icons within the Contract Worksheet allows you to ‘Lock-in’ a preferred choice so your choices will pre-populate to those preferences every time you’re in the Contract Worksheet. Most fields within the Contract Worksheet are customizable. For more information on how to use this feature, please contact your RouteOne Business Development Manager, or RouteOne Support at 866.768.8301.

F&I Just Became Easier

RouteOne is now integrated with docuPAD®!

You can now sign RouteOne forms electronically on docuPAD with RouteOne Signature Execution Integration. This integration allows you to collect customer’s signatures directly on the docuPAD, without the need to capture additional signatures on a signature pad.

In addition, the RouteOne Signature Execution Integration will:

  • Store all forms in the Electronic Deal Jacket, and will be available for easy recall anytime
  • Eliminate the awkward transition between systems
  • Keep your customers more engaged

For more information about RouteOne Signature Execution Integration, download the Quick Start Guide found in the 'News/Info' tab of the RouteOne system, or contact your RouteOne Business Development Manager.
