We are continually working to improve your experiences with us!

eContracting has been enhanced to now allow you to electronically send contract documents to customers so they can review, save or print!

Dealers now have the ability to electronically send the final contract documents to customers through Remote Document Delivery! This new feature provides an opportunity for you to reduce the amount of paper used in the eContracting process by allowing you to send the documents electronically to the buyer and co-buyer providing a virtually paperless experience to the customer. Simply select the ‘Remote Document Delivery’ option in the Contract Package and enter the customer’s email address and phone number to begin this process.

To learn how to get started with Remote Document Delivery download the quick start guide, or see the FAQs in the News/Info tab for instructions to start using this feature today!

In addition to Remote Document Delivery, here are some other 17.2  enhancements:

  • Adverse Action Notice Mailing subscribers can now exclude approved customers from receiving Adverse Action Notices, by making a change to their Dealer Preferences.
  • You can now make your own credit app switch (even after validation).
  • New ‘View Deal Summary’ button on Credit Application section of the eContract to access the information directly from eContracting.
  • Alert pop-ups will open each time an Adverse Action Notice or Credit Score Disclosure Notice is generated for a credit app without credit bureau data.
  • Eliminated the need to manually re-key trade-in information that does not get handled correctly from a DMS import.

For more information on recent system enhancements, please refer to the Release Notes found in the 'News/Info' tab within the RouteOne system.

We’re improving the RouteOne News/Info Tab!

You will soon have an enhanced experience when accessing our support material.

RouteOne will be releasing an enhanced ‘News/Info’ tab, where you will be able to more efficiently troubleshoot issues, learn how to perform RouteOne specific tasks, and access best practices and tips for any product, feature or functionality. The improved ‘News/Info’ tab will be available for you on Monday, February 20th, to help you get the most of the RouteOne system!

On Monday, February 20th, you can explore the enhanced ‘News/Info’ tab by clicking the ‘News/Info’ tab within RouteOne, and then clicking on the product, to find quick start guides, FAQs, and videos!

System Tip of the Month

If you prefer to not get alerted each time you generate an Adverse Action Notice or Credit Score Disclosure Notice Alerts on applications without credit bureau data you can make a dealer preference update to stop alerts from coming up. To update your dealer preferences, a Dealership System Administrator must select the 'Disable AAN/CSDN Warning' option within the ‘Preferences’ page.
