A recent SubPrime Auto Finance News article, “3 Attributes dealers want from finance companies,” mentions J.D. Power’s results from its 2016 U.S. Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study. According to the article, the analysts identified several key findings, correlated with how dealers choose their finance sources. 

A key opportunity found in this study was that the speed of financing still holds a significant role for dealerships when choosing a finance source! More specifically, the study found that “when finance companies fund error-free contracts on the same day as they are submitted, the dealer satisfaction increases by as much as 64 points” and “when finance companies notify dealers of contract issues or errors within four hours after they are submitted, satisfaction also increases by as much as 60 points.”

Recent System Enhancements

RouteOne continuously works to improve your experience with RouteOne.

Here are some of the enhancements we made to our platform this quarter:

  • A refreshed design to the RouteOne platform
  • New ability to purge contracts from a vault
  • Expansion of contract package distribution size to 16 MB
  • Ability for dealers to redistribute a rejected contract

Future Availability of Arbitration Forms for eContracting

RouteOne is releasing additional arbitration language forms

Today, finance sources in several states now have the option to use this form, including: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
