You can learn about choosing and implementing the right technology and tools for your finance source, in RouteOne’s new eBook ‘Indirect Financing and eContracting’ eBook. Throughout the eBook, you will gain a better understanding of:
A recent SubPrime Auto Finance News article, “3 Attributes dealers want from finance companies,” mentions J.D. Power’s results from its 2016 U.S. Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study. According to the article, the analysts identified several key findings, correlated with how dealers choose their finance sources.
A key opportunity found in this study was that the speed of financing still holds a significant role for dealerships when choosing a finance source! More specifically, the study found that “when finance companies fund error-free contracts on the same day as they are submitted, the dealer satisfaction increases by as much as 64 points” and “when finance companies notify dealers of contract issues or errors within four hours after they are submitted, satisfaction also increases by as much as 60 points.”
Overall, dealers enjoy working with finance sources that have an efficient, yet dependable vehicle contracting and funding process. Does your finance source take advantage of the key opportunity of speed to expand your business with dealers? If not, consider utilizing a solution, such as RouteOne's eContracting or DiscountOne. Through RouteOne’s eContracting platform, critical contract documents and data can be transmitted between dealers and finance sources in a matter of minutes, not days or weeks. As a result, it enables you and your dealers partners to work smarter and more efficiently. For more information on RouteOne eContracting, click here or contact yourRouteOne Account Manager.
